Finding and Supporting your Volunteers
Finding Volunteers
Like many amateur sports clubs in the UK, they are ran by volunteers, who are rushed off their feet doing 3 different roles to keep the club running smoothly!
If that sounds familiar and you feel your club could benefit from having some additional support, whether it be in the area of coaching, administration or help with the running of an one-off event.
Volunteer Centres work to recruit volunteers, and provide support and training to organisations working with volunteers. There are 6 Volunteer Centres in Berkshire. Click on the relevant area to be directed to their website:
Slough
Windsor and Maidenhead
Bracknell Forest
Reading
West Berkshire
Wokingham
