'Develop as Sports Coaches to develop better Participants.'

As coaches we experience the challenges and rewards of coaching. What we do now and how we do it directly impacts on the people we coach. Potentially, our participants will be influenced by our coaching practice for the rest of their lives!

Finding the time to develop our knowledge and identifying how to, is a real challenge for a coach.

Berkshire Sport has the solution for you...attend our Coaches Conference that will help you develop as a coach, and gain the opportunity to learn from and share your experience with fellow Berkshire sports coaches

Berkshire Sport is a partnership of National Governing Bodies of Sport and local organizations involved in sport. We work together to provide training and support for Berkshire coaches, clubs and volunteers so that Berkshire people start, stay and succeed in sport at every level.

Something you can make use of quickly

Aimed at Level 1 and Level 2 Coaches from all sports, we've selected some experienced practitioners to introduce you to new subjects and refresh or 'top up' on others. All of the workshops have a practical application to take back to your clubs / schools to support the development your sports participants. Previous workshop options have included:
This is an unmissable opportunity to develop your coaching knowledge, share experiences -and you'll have developed a useful contact network of sports coaches from across the county.
