The Second session is
on Thursday 7-8pm (starting from 1st October) called Football
Fitness and is a mixture of circuits training and basic football

Women's
football has been played in England for over 100 years. In 1993 the
FA took control of womens and girls football when 10,400 women and
girls were playing. Today there are over 147,000 players. It is
therefore no surprise to hear that women's football is the number
one female sport in England.
The
England Women's Senior Team has also gone from strength to
strength. Having had a relatively disappointing European
Championships England proved their quality by clinching top
spot in their tough qualification group, finishing above France and
Holland to book their place at the FIFA Women's World Cup
finals in China.
